A tailor-made program for Brussels' luxury hospitality

Highlighting "Excellence in the Belgian Hospitality" since 10 years

The quality of a city's reception is judged by the smiles of those who visit it and by the content of their word-of-mouth once they return home. What do we say about a city when we are there, and what memories do we keep once back home?

Be right back Brussels

What is clear is that the first actors of this quality are the hotels, the success of a stay always begins with the level of services and well-being offered to visitors in their places of residence.
In Brussels, the hotel industry, especially the high-end ones, which have a "Clefs d'Or" concierge service, have a partnership program with a number of top local brands and businesses.

COB&Partners meeting

The Clefs d'Or Belgium & Partners program was recently awarded the "Certificate of Excellence" and each participant was presented with the Clef de la Ville by Fabian Maingain as a reward for their involvement and commitment to the quality of hospitality in Brussels.

For the past 10 years, the program has been open and the participants meet very regularly during events organized at the partners' premises.
These events offer the opportunity to live experiences together and to create, on a permanent basis throughout the year, great opportunities to strengthen these bonds of trust for the benefit of the guests who stay in our most beautiful and luxurious hotels.

The public authorities also participate very regularly in these meetings and activities 3 or 4 times a year and can effectively communicate not only their support for this program but also directly on the expectations of the Brussels premium hotel sector and particularly those that customers can bring up as requirements and expectations.

With the Mayor

Here is the preface by Philippe Close, Mayor of Brussels, which we were able to discover in the latest edition of the program's magazine (click HERE to see) "Concierges Magazine".

As the saying goes: "A Clefs d'Or Belgium can open any door, except that of Heaven."! Brussels, like other metropolises, is finally coming back to life after the long lethargy.
As more and more visitors are coming back, the impressions they will take home from their stay in Brussels should encourage other tourists to visit us again. The "Clefs d'Or" worn by our best concierges make them ambassadors of Brussels.
They show us the secrets and infinite resources of Brussels in every single way.
The quality of the service, provided with speed and exquisite courtesy, would be nothing if it did not first rely on an extensive network of contacts, providing every request from a demanding clientele the most judicious response.
These contacts, which the Clefs d'Or concierges have established over the years in all walks of life, also require an intimate knowledge of the city and its actors.
The Clefs d'Or symbolize the talent with which our concierges bring the visitor into the city, as if he were at home in a familiar environment.
If the Mayor holds the keys to the city, the concierges certainly have them twice, stamped in gold!

We would like to congratulate all the participants, hotels and Clefs d'Or concierges for this wonderful image of transparency and unity in this program, and the publication of the Concierges Magazine after 2 years of patience, certainly very difficult to manage for a group that had the greatest difficulty to meet!
