THE hottest and most colorful festival of the year kicks off in Brussels with the second edition of the "Fiesta Latina Carnival Edition" on the weekend of February 23rd and 24th at Tours&Taxis!
Let's not forget that the Fiesta Latina Festival has been held annually for 20 years in September and will continue many years ahead!

This second special February "carnival edition" invites us to discover its star carnival, Rio de Janeiro's, as well as other lands with lesser-known but equally flamboyant celebrations, such as Colombia, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, and Cuba.
