MIXOLOGY

"Dream of Love"

INGREDIENTS FOR 1 PERSON

2 cl of Amaretto
2 cl of fine Champagne
1 dash of grenadine
2 Kirsch cherries
Brut Champagne

PREPARATION

Pour all ingredients, except for the champagne, into a large flute.
Fill with champagne.
Garnish with a strawberry rimmed with sugar, sliced and placed on the rim of the glass, along with a few rose petals.

"Feeling love"

INGREDIENTS FOR 1 PERSON

2 cl peach cream liqueur
2 cl cherry cream liqueur
0.5 cl Amaretto
2 cl Tequila

PREPARATION

Put the ingredients in the mixing glass, with ice.
Stir well.
Serve in a coconut liqueur frosted cocktail glass.

"My Heart"

INGREDIENTS FOR 1 PERSON

1 cl wild strawberry liqueur
2 cl Kirsch
1.5 cl white Port
1.5 cl freshly squeezed orange juice

PREPARATION

Pour ice into the shaker.
Add the ingredients.
Shake vigorously. Serve in a cocktail glass.
Decoration: half a slice of ribbed orange.

"Sensations"

INGREDIENTS POUR 1 PERSONNE

1.5 cl raspberry eau-de-vie
1.5 cl apricot liqueur
3.5 cl passion fruit juice
0.5 cl Campari

PRÉPARATION

Prepare in a shaker.
Serve with a few ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass.
Garnish with a skewer of raspberries.
