Good volts in your life!
I think all of you have heard of EMS training. It's not hot news, that's clear. EMS aka Electro Muscle Stimulation, is a great way to exercise.
It stimulates your muscles using a high-tech training suit with strategically placed electrodes to target each of your major muscle groups, it gets the job done quicker than traditional gym training.
I remember trying EMS for the first time some years back; back then you were connected to a lot of cables and the personal trainer used to tell you what you'd do in order to better benefit of a good workout.
Right about last year, I've discovered a brand new EMS technique.
I love it when technology kicks in and over the years you see mass improvements in different domains, the Electro Muscle Stimulation being no exception.
With this particular training, which is also very new and quite exclusive in Brussels, you don't have any more cables attached to you.
Quite the opposite, the suit has everything you need on it and you can move freely, making the session so much more delightful, fun and not to mention, efficient.
Coach Chris has invested a lot of time and money to bring in Brussels this new technology and he continues to upgrade with every chance he has.
He's amazing on what he does, very patient and very professional as he knows what he's doing.
Recently, he had added some new gadgets to the whole EMS training system and he's on the lookout to bring more of them so that the clients can enjoy the sessions and never get bored. He does individual sessions or per pairs so he can give his undivided attention to his customers. 20 minutes of training is equal to 3h at the gym (yes, you hear well ^^).
Also, you'll have other benefits like: increased tonicity, more endurance, great resistance to fatigue, better balance, reduced risk of injury and accident, increase your abilities so you'll progress faster in the technique of skiing, snowboarding, skating, etc.
Previously reserved for the healthcare and professionnal sports, EMS has since been widely democratised and is opening up to a general public.
Its popularity is growing and it caters to many types of people:
Those who want to work out and lack time.
Beginners and those who don't like sports.
The seniors.
People in functional rehabilitation.
The warriors and the professionals.
Aftermath of a pregnancy.
But also people like me, who don't have the time to go to the gym and want results faster. I mean I have a gym at home, but even then I sometimes don't have the time to dedicate in doing exercises that increase my muscle mass. Usually I do a lot of cardio on the treadmill and that's it.
If you think about it, 20 minutes is nothing considering that you'll have results like after 4 whole hours of gym, also in the company of a personal coach, Christophe, who is here to guide you at each step of your electrostimulation journey in Brussels!
Go ahead dear readers, start right now to bring some good volts in your life, once connected to this energizer, you will certainly come back again...
