So, we're in agreement, the goal isn't to chase after some form of absolute happiness, which probably doesn't exist, and could we even argue that swimming in a constant state of joy might actually become unbearable?
In this article, I talk about my best practices, tips, and secrets to living a better, happier life, to feel one's energy radiating outward, and to take care of one's body and mind. However, I also mention that the real starting point for living happily is first and foremost making a true decision to do so.

To be honest, many people chase after happiness as if it's a minimum standard to present a good front to those around them, yet they never fail to complain at the first opportunity. It's critical to be serious about this: happiness is a choice and it takes work, knowing that our brain is capable of producing happiness in our lives by generating the right cells, and that our body reflects the way we live, eat, think, and thus how we take care of it.
You get it, once we decide to look on the bright side of life, anything is possible.

The tips and best practices revealed here, which you might already be familiar with, are truly effective in the context of an optimistic, enthusiastic mindset, determined to see the glass half full and whoever you are, woman or man.
Are we not all too familiar with the adage "you reap what you sow"?
Taking care of oneself, being mindful of one's thoughts, envisioning a future in which you are happy, is far better than neglecting oneself, being whimsical and impulsive, and harboring dark thoughts, right?
Yes, we can decide to be happy and truly be so, but a healthy and inspiring routine must also take its place in our lives. At every moment, happiness is cultivated by the enthusiasm for life and taking care of oneself, starting in the morning, no smartphone before shifting to vertical mode.

First, stretch as a cat!

Take the time to stretch like a cat in your bed, in all directions, then drink a glass of water, not too cold. Time for breakfast (never sugar in the morning ^^), only healthy ingredients from organic farming. Favor avocado, soft-boiled eggs, tuna, olive oil, a hearty slice of bread.

Keep in mind the quality of the molecules you eat or drink is essential; banish all industrial ingredients from your life! Seek in nature its most beneficial elements, proven effective over centuries, to help you take care of your body.
For example, every morning at breakfast, I take a Reishi mushroom capsule and vitamin C, then it's off to my professional activities.

Truth be told, I'm self-employed, and my professional life is my entire life... unless I'm attending a dinner or a party with members of my tribe, my evenings are filled with questions, reflections on my day, and ongoing projects, all the more reason to love what you do.
This notion of working on something that resonates with you and that you love is also a crucial element of a healthy and happy life.

I've been dancing for 6 years, after hanging up my last call and closing the office door, I head to dance class at an academy. For me, it's the best activity to boost your energy and relieve stress.
In Brussels, there are amazing schools for dance, no excuses... indulge yourself.
Next, I know many will say, you're pushing it now... but I assure you, try it and you'll adopt it. After dancing, I jump into a cold shower!
The moment is striking, but the well-being it brings is fantastic, and you find yourself soothed, calm, and filled with a gentle body warmth. Give it a try and tell me if I'm wrong...

After the shower, I use organic coconut oil for a full body and face massage, then it's on to managing dinner for everyone, either settling in my chair to enjoy a dinner prepared by my better half or taking charge and cooking myself, once again only with quality ingredients!

Penultimate tip, and you'll be done with me who must appear in your mind like some kind of whimsical bohemian spirit in long, multicolored dresses, vitamin D and magnesium, super important for me and it's every day too, like the Reishi + Vit.C in the morning.
Finally, when the moment to return to the horizontal position finally comes, a moment I adore, the bed being the most comfortable place in the entire universe and where we spend the most time of our lives, how you sleep matters, let's say especially to avoid having your face upside down in the morning, sleep on silk... and wear a pure Mulberry silk sleep mask, you won't believe the difference.

I think I've said it all, this is a personal share, not a prescription but a testimony to what makes me happy to be happy, it doesn't bother me, on the contrary, it's better... Turn off the TV and smile, treat yourself well!
