In this article, we highlight a concept and a service that many of you don't know about and yet works almost "like magic"!

This project is worldwide (present in more than 15 countries) and was initiated in 2007 by our English friends.
It has arrived here for the greatest happiness of the people of Brussels and especially to improve in real time our quality of life in our city!
This service is FixMyStreet! The concept is very simple: let's imagine that you are walking in a street of Brussels and there, you are confronted with one of the many unpleasant situations that a Brussels pedestrian can encounter.
A rebellious paving stone, a clandestine dumping ground, an abandoned vehicle... in fact, FixMyStreet solves all the problems related to pollution and the state of the road in less than 48h (average 1,5 day)!
For your information, here is the map of the incidents currently being solved or already solved, incredible isn't it?



Today we are more than 8000 residents to have reported more than 75000 incidents of cleanliness, degradation, etc.. in the public space!
To date, these thousands of reports of incidents have been recorded and especially resolved!
