The buffet that follows is a testament to the kitchen's ambition: gravlax de saumon, foie gras, half lobster, and an abundant seafood selection share the table with hot seasonal dishes and artisan cheeses sourced with the same care as the finest produce.

At the heart of the experience, a live pasta station sees a chef preparing tagliolini with black truffle to order - each plate a warm, aromatic expression of simplicity elevated to its finest form. Following the buffet, a generous main course arrives at the table, before the experience finds its sweet conclusion in an extraordinary display of house pastries and signature cakes that encapsulate the craftsmanship of the Corinthia Astoria's pastry team.
