Finally, if you're wondering or someone asks, here's the difference between Sushi, Maki and Sahimi!
Sushi is composed of vinegared rice shaped into small mounds, typically topped with a slice of raw fish or seafood such as shrimp.
On the other hand, maki takes the form of a roll with a sheet of seaweed called nori wrapped around vinegared white rice.

As for sashimi, it consists solely of thinly sliced pieces of raw fish, often served on its own without rice or any other accompaniments.
