The new Master of Notes
It is in the most beautiful and formidable way that we welcome in Brussels the new master of the notes and in this case, the great National Orchestra of Belgium.
This Friday, September 9, in the most beautiful hall in the world (let's be chauvinistic), the sublime Henry Leboeuf hall of the BOZAR welcomed Antony Hermus for the opening concert of this next musical season 2022-2023.
Antony Hermus conducted a fantastic concert with the National Orchestra and the sublime Hilary Hahn.
Star violinist Hilary Hahn performed Brahms' Violin Concerto. Although initially considered unplayable ("this is not a concerto for the violin, but against the violin" - Hans von Bülow), accompanied by the musicians.
The Symphonie fantastique by French composer Hector Berlioz was also on the program of this exceptional evening, so I really hope you were there!
