"The freest feeling is when you dream that you can fly..."



In this extraordinary experience, you will be alone, in a virtual universe, your feet will no longer touch the ground, you will feel embarked in an adventure which, as the minutes go by, will make you lose your footing, you will be sent to the Moon, you will fly among space debris, you will meet in your visual and sensational journey bits of DNA code, life in formation, a dreamlike and marvellous journey that BOZAR proposes to you in the world of Laurie Anderson and Hsin-Chien Huang, and their astonishing virtual epic "To The Moon"!

The work is inspired by an old Chinese legend, telling the story of a painter who made a huge vertical landscape painting of a mountain with groves of pine trees, waterfalls, tiny hikers, thatched bamboo huts and fishermen casting their nets in the sea far below.
The painting took many years to make and when the painter finally finished it, he walked into it.
This is also the aim of To the Moon: literally walking into a work of art.
