In this first publication of a series dedicated to the Vision Of Luxury, ours in particular, we highlight the notions of unique client and tailor-made service with our best guest service experts in Brussels.
This concept of "tailor-made" is the Holy Grail of the luxury industry, at least of those who make the luxury we love, but we attach even more importance to placing the client at the centre of everything.
Luxury houses are committed to telling a story to their entire community of customers, followers, friends and also observers who look at them from a little further away.
Putting the client at the centre of everything is the best way to remember that he is watching, it is taking the responsibility of committing to please him on the quality of the products, the raw materials and the necessary exclusivity, but it is also letting him watch the back-office part and the ethical commitment of the brands.
The luxury players tell their best stories for everyone, but they take great care to establish a relationship with each of their client, as if these stories were invented only for them.
We like committed brands that take the risk of showing more, telling more authentic stories, seeking meaning more often and above all valuing people, those who work with them and for them.
