Present in over 500 destinations and 80 countries, this association has, over time (their history began in 1929), earned the trust not only of major hotel groups but also, and more importantly, of their guests who now insist on the presence of a Clefs d'Or concierge for their stays.



On Thursday, June 20th, the Clefs d'Or Belgium concierges (photo. Lucas Verbeke for LB / Clefs d'Or concierges team of Amigo Brussels) received the prestigious Certificate of Excellence from the city of Brussels, presented by Fabian Maingain (who has since been sworn in at the Parliament of the Federation Wallonia-Brussels)!

Finally, to give this article its rightful informative value, the Belgian national section is not composed of 15 members, but 18!
Two excellent concierges are stationed in Antwerp, at the splendid and recent Botanic Sanctuary and the iconic Hilton Groot Markt.
One new member has also joined the team in Brussels, with Gianluca taking up his prestigious new role at the Clefs d'Or desk at the Amigo Brussels.

Just after this remarkable ceremony, a new committee was appointed, and Mariano handed over the presidency to the newly elected president, Hervé from the Marriott Brussels Grand'Place!
