You think it's because our boss Paola (watch ITV here) is half Italian, half Brussels, not at all! We looooove Italy.
This country is quite simply, not only unique, but so rich in everything, the arts and its artists, incomparable, its regions, each more beautiful than the other, so different and yet all so Italian, its sublime cities like Florence, Venice , Bologna, Rome, Pisa... breathtaking, and Sicily... probably one of the most beautiful islands in the world!
But when we talk about Italy, we also and above all talk about cooking!!

It is recognized by all, Brussels offers a selection of small and large Italian restaurants to die for (read the LB article "Gusto Amore, Basilico e Parmigiano").



We are announcing today the installation of a new space , what am I saying, of a gigantic temple (3500 m2!), 100% dedicated to the good and regional products of the Italian gastronomy, honestly, one of the best news of this beginning of the year!



3,000 Italian craft businesses from all regions, and in particular those from Piemont which started this adventure in the Turin region in 2007, supply Eataly, a full Italian good products concept stores brand which has already set up in Paris, London, New York , Tokyo,... and who arrives in Brussels to set up his "Food Court & Market" in The Dome building, opposite the Stock Exchange La Bourse.





Restaurants to taste Italy in all senses, especially that of taste, cafes to try best italian espressos, a cooking school, thousands of bottles of the best wines and Italian regional products, it's mouth watering if you like to eat , only good things to lovely intoxicate us with this Italian cuisine, that of tomato, basil, garlic and its olive oil, its artisanal mozzarella or its precious parmesan.



Work begins this 1st quarter, we will have to wait until 2025 for the opening... it's a story that ends quite sad..
